Audit Criticizes US State Dept. Bureau Over $64Mln Contract in Iraq

The US Department of State’s Bureau of Near East Affairs failed to monitor the quality of fuel supplied as part of a multimillion service contract in Iraq, jeopardizing security of personnel, the agency’s Inspector General said in a report on Wednesday.
