Over 100 Ethnic Conflicts Prevented by Russian Law Enforcement in 2016

Russian law enforcement managed to prevent more that 100 ethnic conflicts in 2016 thanks to a preventive system, Russian Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev said on Wednesday.
