Hendrickson named to Westby City Council

The Westby City Council appointed Mark Hendrickson to replace alderman Josh Baranczyk who resigned his position on Nov. 15, as a Ward 1 representative. The board voted unanimously on Dec. 6 to appoint Hendrickson to the position.
