Picking Tillerson as Top Diplomat Unsurprising Given Trump’s Views on Russia

The nomination of Exxon Mobil chief Rex Tillerson to be secretary of state doesn’t come as a surprise, given President-elect Donald Trump's inclination to strengthen US relations with Russia, White House spokesman Josh Earnest told reporters Tuesday.
