Russia, Saudi Arabia Played Key Role in Oil Producers' Output Cut Deal - Novak

Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Saturday that Russia and Saudi Arabia have played the key role in reaching the deal between the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) members to reduce oil output, adding that the two countries are planning a number of joint projects.
