Armenian Foreign Minister, EU Envoy Discuss Implementation of Deal on Karabakh

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Herbert Salber discussed on Friday the implementation of agreements on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict reached in Vienna and St. Petersburg.
