Tom Harris, of Upper Road, Maidstone, vows to appeal stalking and controlling behaviour conviction after 'revenge plot'

A man convicted of controlling and stalking his ex-girlfriend will appeal the conviction, with his solicitor claiming a new law was incorrectly used.
