New report presented on Baku’s atrocities
The report was presented to the public at the news conference in Talish village, Artsakh.
Yuri Hayrapetyan named three war crimes in regard to atrocities commited by Azerbaijan during the April war in the new report: torture, execution, and mutilation of dead bodies.
The report describes Azerbaijani Armed Forces’s treatment of 31 persons or their bodies that fell under their control for a short or long period of time. It presents the circumstances of their deaths, capture and the return of their bodies under Artsakh authority, as well as the atrocities they suffered in the hands of Azerbaijani Armed Forces.
These facts are introduced in three geographic locations (maps), and seven individual incidents.
The report states that about 90% of persons fallen under Azerbaijan’s control were subjected to war crimes – they were tortured, executed, or their bodies were mutilated. As a matter of fact, these crimes were systematized and organized, as they were committed in all three geographic locations.
