Rosneft CEO Says Glencore, Qatar Investment Fund Gain Equal Stakes in Company

The members of the Glencore consortium and Qatar investment fund received equal stakes in Rosneft as part of privatization of the Russian oil company, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin said Wednesday.
