Rosneft CEO Says Currency Conversion in 19.5% Stake Sale to Barely Impact Market

The currency conversion undertaken during the sale of a 19.5-percent government stake in Russia's Rosneft oil company will have a minimal impact on the currency market, Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin said Wednesday.
