Moscow Appreciates Council of Europe Dialogue With Russian Leadership

Moscow greatly appreciates the desire of the Council of Europe to continue the full-fledged dialogue with the Russian authorities, Russian parliament speaker Valentina Matvienko said on Wednesday.
