Oil Output Unlikely to Increase Drastically in First Half of 2017 - UAE Minister

The United Arab Emirates' (UAE) oil minister, Suhail Al Mazrouei does not expect oil production to increase significantly in the first half of 2017, the minister said on Tuesday.
