Armenian FM: "Baku and Ankara’s accusations against ANPP are false”

The Minister said this at the International Conference on Nuclear Security in Vienna.

“Armenia developed a close, regular collaboration with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and other relevant international organizations and partner countries regarding all nuclear energy-related issues,” Armenian FM said.

According to him, multiple inspections and assessments conducted by IAEA reaffirmed Armenia’s dedication to its international commitments and the highest level of publicity and transparency.

“In this context, it is sad that certain member states, in particular Azerbaijan and Turkey, show disrespect to IAEA and its reviews and try to use international platforms to their narrow political and propagandistic ends in order to voice unfounded accusations against Armenia. These false and frequently used accusations contradict reality,” Edward Nalbandian said.
