New UNSC Resolution Targets North Korea’s Coal, Metals Exports - Samantha Power

The new resolution for additional sanctions on North Korea aims to significantly affect Pyongyang’s coal and metals export revenues, US Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power told the UN Security Council in explanation of her vote in favor of the measure on Wednesday.
