Russia's Nornickel Sues Botswana's BCL Group Over Nkomati Joint Venture Deal

Russia's Norilsk Nickel (Nornickel) company said Wednesday it had filed lawsuits in various international courts against the Botswana-based BCL group (BCL) to enforce the sale of Nornickel's 50% stake in a joint venture Nkomati to BCL.
