US Envoy Says UN Should Use Other Tools if Russia Vetoes Syria Draft Resolution

US Envoy to the UN Samantha Power says that UN member states should consider other measures in case Russia uses its veto power to block the draft resolution on Syria, co-sponsored by Egypt, New Zealand and Spain.
