Kremlin Hails Partial Lifting of EU Sanctions Against Businessman Rotenberg

The Russian authorities are pleased with the General Court of the European Union decision to partly annul the sanctions against Russian businessman Arkady Rotenberg, acknowledging them to be unjustified, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Wednesday.
