Gazprom Armenia CJSC’s investment program for 2017-2019 to amount to AMD 34.72 billion

YEREVAN, November 30. /ARKA/. Gazprom Armenia CJSC’s investment program for 2017-2019 will amount to AMD 34.72 billion, Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission says in a draft document posted on its website. 

In this program, capital investments are planned to total AMD 3.57 billion in 2017, AMD 16 billion in 2018 and AMD 15.15 billion in 2019. 

The program also implies about AMD 26.9 billion capital investments for the gas-transporting system and AMD for the gas-distributing system.  

In the next three years, AMD 11.7 billion or 43.4% will be invested in construction of backbone gas pipelines and another AMD 11.4 billion in expansion of Abovyan gas depot (construction of new units). 
About AMD 5.1 billion or 65.3% will be allocated for acquiring motor vehicles and mechanisms, about AMD 1 billion for purchasing and installing consumer gas meters and protection boxes. 

Gazprom Armenia intends to make the mentioned investments at its own account and by using the borrowed financial resources.
