North Dakota Pipeline Protesters 'Not Inclined' to Heed Orders to Decamp

Protesters fighting construction of the Dakota Access Pipeline aren’t inclined to move from their camp despite evacuation orders from North Dakota’s governor and the US Army Corps of Engineers, an official with the Standing Rock Sioux tribe of Native Americans told Sputnik.
