Russian, EU Energy Chiefs to Discuss Access to Opal Pipeline - Deputy Minister

Russian Energy Minister and European Commission Vice President for the Energy Union could discuss the Opal gas pipeline issue in Germany this week, the Russian deputy energy minister said Wednesday.
