Japan to React in 'Proper Manner' to Russia's Missiles Deployment to Kurils

Japan will take appropriate measures following recent reports about Russia's deployment of missile systems to the southern Kuril Islands that are subject to a dispute between the countries, Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida said on Wednesday.
