Mayors and City Leaders Demand Direct EU Migrant Crisis Cash

Mayors and representatives of 19 cities supporting refugees in Europe are meeting Tuesday (October 18) in the European Parliament amid growing calls for EU funds to be directed at mayors and cities, rather than national governments, who are spending money on border controls instead of migrant relief.
