ICC prosecutor warns Philippine authorities over killings

THE HAGUE, Netherlands (AP) — The International Criminal Court's chief prosecutor said Thursday that she is "deeply concerned" about reports of extrajudicial killings of suspected drug dealers and users in the Philippines.
