Steinmeier Calls on OSCE to Play Larger Role in European Conflict Settlement

Germany’s Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said that the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) may play a more important role in managing the crises in eastern Ukraine, Transdniestria and Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as other conflicts in Europe.
