Venezuela Freezes Relations With Brazil Over Rousseff Impeachment

Venezuela has permanently withdrawn its ambassador from Brazil and has frozen relations with the country in the wake of Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff's impeachment, the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry said Wednesday.
