Poroshenko says adversary brings artillery closer to Mariupol's suburb in attempt to derail event which he attends

MARIUPOL - Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said somebody had attempted to disrupt the ceremony of the opening of a center of administrative services in Mariupol, Donetsk region, which he attended.
