Obama to Send US Trade Ambassador to Europe Next Month to Negotiate TTIP

White House spokesperson Josh Earnest said that Barack Obama is sending US trade ambassador Michael Froman to Europe in September to continue negotiations on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) trade agreement.
