Is the new 2016 Porsche Panamera Turbo the ultimate family car?

This second-generation Panamera is new. Not as in ‘tweaked a bit new’ but ‘new chassis, new engines, new transmission and everything else new’. Is it enough to make it the ideal school-run weapon?
