Activists Fail to Collect Enough Signatures to Ban Fracking in Colorado

Colorado anti-fracking activists fell short of gathering enough valid signatures to put two measures restricting fracking in the state before voters, Colorado Secretary of State Wayne Williams' office said Monday.
