North Saskatchewan River ‘slowly dropping’ but Edmontonians still asked to keep off

Trail users and water lovers may have noticed the water levels of the North Saskatchewan River starting to go down in Edmonton, but officials say it's still dangerous thanks to fast flows, debris and erosion.
