Russians like to joke that it is Barack Obama who wrecks their roads, hikes prices in supermarkets and urinates in elevators in apartment buildings. Political cartoonist Sergey Elkin recently drew a cartoon in which a group of Russian government officials cordially thank “dear Obama” because “we can blame you for all our problems."
