Kerry, Lavrov: 'Close' on Syrian Peace Agreement

Speaking in Geneva on Friday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his US counterpart US Secretary of State John Kerry said they are "close" to a Syrian peace agreement, but still have differences to work through.
