Regents worry about further higher education cuts under Gov. Sandoval’s worst-case plan

Nevada’s higher education board on Thursday expressed concern over a request from Governor Brian Sandoval’s office to come up with a worst-case-scenario plan to trim spending by 5 percent in the next fiscal year.
