Zuma congratulates new Ekurhuleni mayor Masina…and insists that he had resigned from Parliament

President Jacob Zuma on Wednesday congratulated former Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry Mzwandile Collin Masina on his election as the executive mayor of Ekurhuleni metro.
