Russia in Talks With China's Huawei on Data Storage Technologies' Licensing

A Russian telecommunications equipment firm is in talks with China’s technology companies Huawei and Lenovo on licensing for the technology of manufacturing data storage units necessary for the implementation of Russia’s new anti-terror law, Russian newspaper Kommersant reported Wednesday, citing sources familiar with the situation.
