Russia Wants Ukraine to Present Evidence of Violating Ukrainians' Rights

Spokeswoman for the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that Moscow wants Ukraine to present evidence of violating rights of the Ukrainian diaspora in Russia.
