Azerbaijan Repatriates Armenian Citizen

Azerbaijani authorities have reportedly repatriated an Armenian citizen who crossed the border into Azerbaijan’s exclave of Nakhijevan under yet unclear circumstances earlier this month and was apprehended by local border guards.
