Carter says presidential candidates are 'quite unpopular'

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — Former President Jimmy Carter said Monday that both major presidential candidates are "quite unpopular," but he's knows who's more qualified and he's voting for Democrat Hillary Clinton in November.
