Trump calls on GOP to improve African American outreach

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) — Donald Trump called on the Republican Party to boost its traditionally lagging outreach efforts with black voters Saturday, as he looks to win over minorities in the increasingly contentious race for the White House.
