Russia Gets Bronze at Rio Olympics After Moldovan Canoeist Suspension

Russian canoeist Ilia Shtokalov will be awarded a bronze medal at the Rio Olympics in men's canoe singles at 1,000 meters (3280 feet) due to the disqualification of the Moldovan canoeist Serghei Tarnovschi, the Russian Canoe Federation (VFGBK) said in a statement.
