Spain's Citizens, People's Parties Ink Alliance Deal Before PM Investiture Vote

Spain's People's Party (PP) and the Citizens party signed an anti-corruption deal on Friday which forged their alliance in the parliament ahead of vote on the investiture of acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, scheduled for August 30.
