UNIAN: Ex-head of Ukraine's investment agency, wanted by police, detained in Panama

Former head of the State Agency for Investment and National Projects of Ukraine Vladyslav Kaskiv has been detained by Panamanian law enforcement authorities, Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko said.
