US Navy’s SeaRAM Defense System Shoots Down Drone in First Live-Fire Test

The US Navy has conducted its first live fire test with the SeaRAM anti-ship defense system installed on the destroyer Carney, shooting down an unmanned, jet-propelled drone target, Raytheon announced in a news release on Wednesday.
