North Korea restarts plutonium production – Japanese media

The North Korean nuclear energy institute has reportedly confirmed to Japan’s Kyodo news agency that it has resumed production of enriched uranium by using plutonium extracted from reprocessed fuel rods from the Yongbyon nuclear facility.
