Lavrov, New Zealand's Counterpart Discus Restoring Ties

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Wednesday he intended to discuss the prospects of restoring ties between Russia and New Zealand at a meeting with New Zealand's counterpart Murray McCully currently underway.
