In Madison, Tim Kaine warns Democrats not to be complacent in a 'season of surprises'

Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Kaine lauded his prospects and those of his running mate, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, in a stop in Madison Tuesday, but warned fellow Democrats against complacency during what he called a "season of surprises."
