Lockheed Martin Sells IT, Tech Services to Leidos in $4.6Bln Deal

US defense contractor Lockheed Martin announced in a press release on Tuesday it has finalized a multi-billion dollar agreement to separate and combine its information technology (IT) and technical services businesses with Leidos Holdings.
