US 6th Fleet Flagship Visits France for WWII Liberation Anniversary

The US 6th Fleet command and control ship Mount Whitney made a port visit in Theoule-sur-Mer, France to participate in anniversary events honoring the liberation of Southern France in World War II, the US Navy said in a press release on Tuesday.
