OSCE/ODIHR refuses to send observers to elections in Crimea

MOSCOW - The mission of the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE/ODIHR) will not send its observers to monitor State Duma elections in Crimea, mission chief Jan Petersen has told Interfax.
