Businesses, non-profits do brisk business at music festival

BROWNSVILLE — Bi-Mart Willamette Country Music Festival fans got a reprieve from two days of 97-degree temperatures Sunday afternoon as the thermometer dropped about seven degrees and a steady breeze blew into the mid-valley.
